I have to come before you with a topic of grave importance to the future of the Star Fraction and indeed the radical Freespace anarchist movement in New Eden.
At 07:57 hours on the 26th of May we received official notification that the infamous Callide Vulpis corporation, a brazen band of fanatical Sarumite zealots (and more wicked band of baby-roasting bible-thumping firebrand flagellants you could never hope to find in this universe) had declared total and unrestrained SPACE WARFARE against the embattled post-national brigades of the Star Fraction.
This represents a significant increase in the tempo of the conflict that has now been raging through the Bleaks and battlezones of Devoid for almost six months between the Free Captains and the regressive scrapings of god-bothering holy fools worshipping the divinity of the trollop-empress Jamyl Sarum.
Where others would faint away and cry out in terror at this new threat to our lives, liberty and continued occupation of the seat of Amarrian lowsec power in the former capital of the 24th Crusade in Kamela System - the revolutionary heroes of the Fraction are made of sterner stuff and we set our jaws and turn our weapons against the darkening skies and wait for these new crusaders with purpose fine and resolute.
We will not be faced down by a corporation of canting mooncalf priestlings babbling confused nonsensical tracts on the nature of mercy with their hands red from the disembowelling of minmatar children!
We will not be driven from our operations base in Kamela hard won against the 24th Crusade and their mercenary pirates until all our ships and equipment be reduced to smouldering ash and bitter memories and our clawed fingertips pryed away from enemy throats!
We will not be lectured to by these opportunistic carrion-crows seeking to press advantage against the Fraction when our foes are thick and cloyed as reeking bloodflies in a cloud of stink!
No, ladies and gentlemen of the IGS.
We will FIGHT!
FIGHT with ships of all sizes and capabilities! FIGHT with bold reckless energy! FIGHT with cunning and trickery! FIGHT with the smallest frigate and the mightiest capital hull at our command! FIGHT until these crusaders are driven from our sight! FIGHT until the moment Callide Vulpis is forced to issue a humiliating retraction!
And then we will LAUGH. And beyond our joyful laughter, in the pain of their fatally-diminished name and reputation it may just be possible to hear the faint lamentation of our enemies women*

Operation Daisy Cutter begins as Operation Slaughterhouse closes
The Star Fraction formally declares that the second phase in the war against the Amarrian paramilitary bloc has come to a close with all objectives of Operation Slaughterhouse met.
Operation Slaughterhouse saw the CVA and the Aegis Militia repeatedly declare and withdraw CONCORD-sanctioned war against the Star Fraction. It saw the Caldari State extremists of CAIN join a re-organised Aegis Militia alliance and thus fly in the colours of an Amarrian Empire loyalist paramilitary. It saw the Intaki Union fifth-columnists join the Militia and then fly apart as even this assemblage of Amarrian loyalists, Caladari ultra-nationalists and Intaki sell-swords could not turn aside the fighters of the Fraction. Those who chose to fight us and at least act in space according to their beliefs are saluted. Those who prefer the role of a ceremonial unit, tagging one or two ships onto real fighting formations are regarded with contempt.
During the course of this phase, the Star Fraction inflicted 393 kills against the allied imperial and nationalist paramilitary forces for 166 losses.
We have now begun Operation Daisy Cutter.
This phase of the war against Amarrian imperial interests will concentrate on the Lower Domain/Upper Providence borderlands and the nullsec beyond them. The Star Fraction will fight alliances and corporations that have aggressed us without provocation and which declare loyalty to the CVA police-state and imperial proxy regime in Providence. We shall use sanctioned wars the better to attack specific vassal formations in Lower Domain. This tool of warfare will be used in parallel with an open door policy of diplomacy. Any who wish to sue for peace and neutrality or positive standings will find an audience willing to listen and conclude agreements in amity and good faith.
The Star Fraction does not shoot neutrals. All alliances and corporations targeted in this operation have verifiably aggressed our pilots while showing neutral to us. Clarification on our rules of engagement or diplomatic enquiries should be addressed to Jade Constantine, The Cosmopolite or Atandros.
This phase represents a development of the war on Amarrian imperialism for the Star Fraction. We naturally regard ourselves as still at war, in the widest sense, with such entities as the CVA, AM, PIE and such imperialist and nationalist formations as would support them. The tool of sanctioned warfare will be used by the Fraction where it has utility. As this no longer obtains in certain cases, we have allowed superfluous declarations to lapse. Should they become useful in the future we shall consider their use again.
The CVA's attempts to foster a dependency culture in Providence and cultivate a 'garden' of compliant corporations and alliances in that region will be opposed. Those who shuck off the clammy hand of the gardener and resist attempts to train and prune them into imperial slaves will find no enemy in the Star Fraction. Those who choose to array themselves as a willing levy for their imperialist masters will be attacked ruthlessly.

The Star Fraction formally declares that the first phase in the war against the Amarrian paramilitary bloc has come to a close with all objectives of Operation Judas Goat met.
In addition to ably serving as the Goat, the PIE corporation has cravenly relied on its admittedly brave allies in Aegis Militia to do the bulk of the fighting. In doing so, it has shown that it desperately needs the assistance of the loyalist paramilitaries of AM, VV, and now the CVA. During the course of this phase, the Star Fraction inflicted 207 kills against the allied paramilitary forces for 48 losses.
We now begin Operation Slaughterhouse.
This next phase of the war will be concluded and a key objective met when the Curatores Veritatis Alliance retracts its declaration of war against the Star Fraction and as it does so surrenders to the reality that they cannot defend the Empire and those who support it.

The Star Fraction declares war on PIE Inc.
The Free Captains of the Star Fraction give notice of our intent to commit to sanctioned war against the pilots and free-standing assets of PIE Inc. as of one minute after midnight this evening (EVE standard time).
In the coming weeks, the Star Fraction is resolved to demonstrate that the very heartlands of the Amarr Empire are unsafe for its supporters and that we – anarchists, rebels, terrorists and outlaws that we may be – can and will operate against loyalist forces in the capital of the Empire and throughout the surrounding systems, constellations and regions. We note that an officer of the Imperial Navy has stated that the Empire and its Navy cannot 'be bothered to police every petty capsuleer organization' and we take them at their word. We will be happy to deny the loyalist paramilitaries of PIE safe use of Imperial space at every opportunity that arises. They are supporters of a corrupt, capricious and oppressive empire; they are our avowed foes; and they took it upon themselves to intervene in our conflict with the now defunct Kimotoro Directive under the absurd cover of 'live-fire exercises'. We look forward to seeing if an organisation that can spare the logistical effort to interfere in a third-party dispute in the Mito constellation will defend its honour and its founding principles in the very heart of the Empire to which it swears fealty.
Already, the system of Amarr has played host to dealers in holoerotica, proscribed drugs and substances, and embargoed small arms. The goods in which the entrepeneurs of the Star Fraction have variously traded in the capital of the Empire are without meaningful limit. The customs authorities of the Empire are inept, suffering from a visible laxity and lack of will, and even Imperial servicemen on leave have expressed interest in the products of Dantes Productions – a holoerotica house that famously operates out of the legendary 'rusty Bestower parked by the Emperor Station Monument'. Anarcho-capitalist private enterprise is in full swing in Amarr and the Imperial authorities have no interest in stopping it, despite the calls by some paramilitaries to have us barred from Imperial space by force. Now the paramilitaries will have their opportunity to do something about the activities they so despise.
The fighters of the Star Fraction will wage war against the Amarr Empire's capsuleer lackies the better to oppose the spread of the tyrannical 'order' that is espoused by the Empire and all who support it. We begin this fight against the Amarrian paramilitary group that has for so long considered its pilots the paramount 'Defenders of the Empire' and which is for many a symbol of Amarrian loyalism amongst capsuleers. Long has the cluster been told of the strength and will of PIE and its pilots – the so-called 'Praetorians' – and we are assured that PIE is a capable and well-equipped force. We do not underestimate them or the ferocity of the coming struggle and if other 'loyalists' flock to aid PIE, so be it.
The Star Fraction fights for the true promise and hope of the future and we will bring that promise and hope to the very heart of the Empire as we live, speak and fight in furtherance and realisation of our philosophy and in opposition to those who worship power while lacking the will to seize it for themselves.

The Free Captains of The Star Fraction give formal notice of our intention and resolve to commit to sanctioned war against the pilots, corporations and free-standing assets of The Cyrene Initiative as of one minute after midnight this evening (EVE standard time).
Over the coming weeks it is our full-intention to engage and defeat the Initiative Navy in open combat significantly degrading its ability to project and wield power in the Placid Region of the Gallente Federation and at this time we set no timescale or political limits to this intervention whatsoever.
The Star Fraction considers that the Gallente State and its popular-totalitarian supporters represent a clear and present opposition to free-evolution and development of individual responsibility and enlightened self-interest in the Capsule pilot community. This very Federation that once stood as a cradle for civilisation itself, has become a prison for the dreams of billions and it is past time to reject the teachings of parents and cut free from the bonds of inherited political structure and social convention.
As aspirant post-human individuals you of the capsular class have the potential to be so much more than idling puppets or nationalist poster-children for those corrupt silken-fist bureaucrats in the Senate. Potential so wasted is abhorent to us, so now the time has come for to set ablaze all statist delusions in a fiery conflagration to light the way of true liberty under the vast tapestry of stars!
Factional bickering be damned; we support neither the Gallente status quo nor the establishment of extremist Intaki successor states built on nationalist ideology and popular-totalitarian rhetoric. Petty arguments between dictators with different uniforms mean nothing to Free Captains, but let the imminent destruction of the Cyrene Initiative stand plain as an example and warning to those would build such prisons for themselves and others. The future is for those with the wit and imagination to dream of a new culture beyond the cowardice and compromise of the past.
The future begins now, and this revolution certainly will be televised.
